Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Subject to availability, we can adjust the times — just let us know in advance.

We accept all popular methods available in the booking system, including card payments and fast online transfers.

Some of our apartments are pet-friendly. Please let us know when booking — we will match you with the right apartment.

Yes, car parks and parking zones are located near most of the apartments. Details are provided in the description of each offer.

We usually use convenient self check-in. You will receive instructions before arrival, and we are available 24/7 should you have any questions.

1. General provisions

These house rules set out the terms for booking and staying in the apartments managed by City of the Kings. Making a booking constitutes acceptance of these provisions.

2. Booking and payment

Bookings can be made online via the website or by contacting us directly. The payment terms and the amount of the deposit are provided during the booking process.

A booking is guaranteed once the required payment has been credited.
The remaining amount is settled in accordance with the terms of the given offer.

3. Stay

Check-in takes place from 3:00 PM, and check-out by 10:00 AM. The guest is obliged to use the apartment in accordance with its intended purpose and to respect the rules of good neighbourly conduct (quiet hours 10:00 PM–6:00 AM).

4. Cancellation

Cancellation terms depend on the selected offer and are presented before the booking is confirmed. If in doubt, please contact us.

5. Complaints

Please report any comments regarding your stay without delay — we operate 24/7 and do our best to resolve every matter on the spot.
